I offer various techniques in my coaching sessions and mainly work intuitively to meet the needs of my client’s. I share any insights I receive which is relative for my clients best interest, in order to support them.
I will help you work through emotional issues, such as – anxiety, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), unhealthy eating patterns, inner child work and give you tools to apply, so you may understand how to manage and work through deep-rooted wounds.
I will hold the space for you and help identify issues which are impacting your adulthood and help clear debilitating obstacles which are blocking you from moving forwards in life.

I also incorporate NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) – ‘timeline therapy’ and ‘hypnotherapy’.

Virtual 1-1 Coaching Health & Well-being Coach

NLP – understanding how people organise their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. NLP coaching helps reframe unhealthy patterns and beliefs by changing someone’s habitual thoughts and behaviours to help achieve desired outcomes for them.

Hypnotherapy – takes you into a changed state of awareness, deep relaxation and increased focus. This type of therapy uses hypnosis to help treat on-going issues relating to mental and physical health conditions.

Time Line Therapy – techniques allow you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change our conditioned programming and belief systems. This will help you gain emotional and mental clarity.

Working with a coach is very empowering as they are able to navigate you to understanding certain emotions and behaviours, as we do not always see our own blind spots.
