These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ladan Soltani, ‘meditation is my medication’, Platform and Services and the relationship between Us, and our Users: Teachers and Students. By using our Services, You agree to the Terms and accept to be bound by them. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations, so if you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Service.
Bookings
Clients are required to pay for all sessions in advance.
Prices are agreed prior to the first booking. Please note, prices may change at our discretion.
Ladan Soltani/meditation is my medication, reserves the right to refuse entry or expel clients from any sessions should their conduct be deemed unfit or should they be deemed to be in breach of the terms. In such instances the client will not be refunded.
Cancellations
All bookings require a 72 hour cancellation policy. After this time all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a credit note to all those who have previously booked. Ladan Soltani/meditation is my medication, will not be liable for any other incurred costs or damages to the client from a cancellation.
Issues with students virtual connection : If a student has an issue with their connection, we will not offer any refunds.
Retreat Cancellations
Please note there will be no refunds or reimbursements made under any life circumstances or emergency situations including discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. Please note price fluctuations may incur, due to early bird offer or promotions to avoid the retreat from being cancelled if there are not enough bookings.
I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but I have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and excursions. In order to protect yourself, purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance can protect you in the event that you cancel your participation in the retreat, the retreat is cancelled for any reason, lost baggage, medical expenses, etc. I recommend World Nomads Insurance, which offers simple and flexible trip insurance for international travel.
All retreat cancellations are non-refundable/transferrable.
Consent to participation – Release from any liability
By registering with Ladan Soltani/meditation is my medication for yoga/meditation/breath-work sessions either at a studio, my home or via oom and any other online platform, I acknowledge that these disciplines are physical and require a certain amount of mental concentration and physical strength and endurance. I agree to work according to my own limitations; take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being; and release Ladan Soltani/ meditation is my medication from any liability associated with the sessions she offers. I am fully aware of any risk and hereby release Ladan Soltani/meditation is my medication from any and all liability, negligence, or other claims, arising from, or in any way connected with my participation in these sessions.
My registration at a studio, my home or via Zoom or any other online platform verifies that I am physically fit to participate in yoga/ meditation/breath-work sessions and a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition for participation in these types of classes. My registration for these sessions is binding to this liability waiver from this day forth.
