My classes cater for all levels. Everyone is welcome to join, even those who are participating for the first time. I will always give individuals verbal cues to make the necessary adjustments to make sure they are performing the postures safely.

If you could drop me a note before the class begins and inform me of any injury or illness, I can advise you on which postures are beneficial and what you should avoid. Depending on the nature of your illness, yoga is beneficial for your health as it increases blood flow to the brain, releasing endorphins – this all raises your energy levels and aids recovery from illness. It also improves your mood, which in turn has a positive impact on your overall health. If your illness or injury is chronic, please check with your doctor before you begin.

Ideally, the more frequently you intergrade these practices daily and make them a part of your lifestyle is where you will notice a big transformation. You will gain results even with one yoga & meditation class a week.

Meditation is not about sitting down and switching off your thoughts like a light switch. Meditation is about being still and connecting to the breath. Initially, you start by witnessing and observing your thoughts, as though you are watching them come up on a TV screen. Eventually, you will have bigger gaps and spaces in your thinking, taking you into a much more relaxed state. The focus is not about achieving a goal in meditation as this keeps us attached to an expectation. The aim is to be open- minded and accepting of your experience, in whichever way this unfolds for you.

For coaching, meditation and breath-work, you can literally do this from your desk or if you are more comfortable sitting on a cushion. For the yoga sessions, the space of your yoga mat is sufficient.

You will reap the benefits immediately after each session.

Once you decide which session, date and time you would like to participate in, either fill out the contact form or alternatively, drop me an email and upon receipt of payment, I shall send you a ZOOM link.

There is a requirement of 72 hours notice of cancellation. Any cancellations made after that time are nonrefundable and non-transferrable

You can book a class up until the start of the class. However, it is best to book at least 15 minutes before the class begins, so you have enough time to set up on the ZOOM platform.

Make sure you plug in your device to have sufficient power for the entire class, position yourself where you can see yourself fully on camera as that will be how the teacher sees you.

Ladan Soltani/meditation is my medication does not record any corporate & 1-1 sessions. Students are forbidden from recording classes. Teachers are allowed to record their screen and their screen only.
