Beginners inversions Workshop

Please note, this workshop is suitable for beginners and those building confidence with inversions. We will focus on strength, alignment and overcoming fear safely.

Curious about going upside down but not sure where to start?

Inversions are energising, empowering and deeply transformative when taught correctly. And yes, I have fallen out of them many times while demonstrating. It comes with the territory. If you are not wobbling or occasionally toppling, you are probably not practising.

We’ll warm up the shoulders and core, build strong foundations, and break Sirsasana down step by step with clear alignment and safe entry and exit techniques. Options and modifications will be given throughout.
