navigating midlife, menopause, and beyond. I offer live yoga classes, guided meditations,
monthly Q&As, and a growing library of on-demand videos that fit your schedule, your
energy, and your body.
Whether you’re experiencing hormonal changes, poor sleep, belly fat, anxiety, low mood,
or just feel out of sync, you’re not alone. I’ve been through it too. That’s why I created this
membership: to help women over 40 build strength, stability, and emotional balance all
from the comfort of home.
