Lanzarote, one of the Canary islands off the coast of West Africa
administered by Spain, is known for its year-round warm weather,
beaches and volcanic landscape. Timanfaya National Park’s rocky
landscape was created by volcanic eruptions in the 1730s. Cueva
de los Verdes has caverns formed by an underground river of lava.
East-coast resort Puerto del Carmen is home to whitewashed villas,
beaches and dive centres.
My retreats attract every level of practitioner. I always have a
mixture of people attending. I can cater for beginners to advanced
students. The style of yoga varies too as I’ve trained in quite a few
disciplines, such as hatha and ashtanga. My teachings are more
like a yoga fusion.
My work as an intuitive guides me to feel into the group and I trust
everyones needs shall be met in the sessions. I meet the
requirements of my students by constantly making adjustments to
each and every student who shall receive personal attention. I can
make adaptations for the group or individual modifications. On the
other hand I can offer more challenging versions of the postures for
those who want the option.
Lanzarote Airport ( ACE ) – 10 minutes away by airport taxis
Transfer cost: 20 euros each way.
Rental cars recommendations – I highly recommend hiring a car
during your stay as the retreat is in a peaceful, rural setting. ‘Plus
Car’ is a local company the venue have been using for many years
who are reliable and economical. They offer free airport pick up and
drop off.
If you have an early morning flight and a late departure you are
welcome to leave your luggage at the villa and go out to explore the
Island.
My retreat welcomes all levels of practitioners and I look forward to
working with you on the mat.
Each morning, you’ll start the day with a yoga class followed by a

healthy eating and living, where she helps people achieve well-being through food.
